Our client base is comprised of individuals, families, corporations and partnerships that either own or are looking to own institutional grade investment real estate as a portion of their overall investment portfolio.
Our clients come to us from a number of different sources including exchange accommodators, title companies, real estate brokers and agents, financial advisors and real estate investment companies.
Many of our clients utilize §1031 of the tax code to exchange, on a tax-deferred basis, appreciated real estate investments they currently own. Midpoint Financial Services offers these individuals or entities a variety of fractional real estate ownership programs that are structured as potentially exchangeable assets. These fractional ownership programs are commonly referred to as TIC's (Tenants in Common) and DST's (Delaware Statutory Trusts).
Midpoint Financial Services also offers its clients a variety of investment options that are real estate based and may be suitable for Qualified Plans (retirement funds) and/or investment accounts. Our offerings include Land Banking, Land Development, Energy Programs (oil and gas, some of which are 1031 Exchange eligible), Note Programs and non-traded private Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT's). Each of these investment options represents a viable tool to consider when constructing a balanced and diversified investment portfolio.
